Another highlight: Thanks to the villa´s layout, you will enjoy water views from each of the 4 bedrooms – perfect if you want to be greeted by lush palm trees in the morning. Additionally, all bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, flat-screen TVs and access to the pool area. They also come with their own bathrooms. The master bathroom, in particular, is a true oasis with extra-space, a large bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower.

This way, you can swim to your heart´s content – even when the weather is bad. The Jacuzzi offers premium relaxation, children will love the shallow area, and sun beds are available if you want to work on your tan. Of course, you can always just relax in the shaded lounge area. There is even an outdoor bathroom, so you do not have to walk through the house to use the toilet.

Last but not least, the villa features a boat dock – complete with a charming Tiki Hut, where you can admire the sunset in style. Or how about a boating trip? Villa Fourtastic View sits directly at a saltwater canal. This way, getting to the Golf of Mexico is easier than ever. Beautiful islands like Sanibel and Captiva await you.

On land, the villa´s location leaves nothing to be desired, either. Western Cape Coral is known for its peaceful, quiet neighborhood. At the same time, though, you will quickly reach all important spots. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi are only a 5–10 minute drive away – just like the international restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. In addition, the vicinity offers plenty of things to do. Take a stroll to the children´s playground at Sands Park; or enjoy the thrilling slides at Sun Splash Waterpark, 9 miles to the north. You want to unwind under palm trees? Then, you are lucky. Only 7 miles separate the villa from Cape Coral´s public beach.

You are not limited to the duration of the vacation home rental. Instead, you can freely decide how long you want to use the boat.

The minimum rental period is 3 days, and from day 5 onwards, discounts apply. The longer you rent the boat, the more money you will save. For example:

The process is straight-forward: Once you have booked your stay at Villa Fourtastic View, you will receive a link via E-mail. Click on the link to reach a website where you can rent the boat at a discount. This offer is only visible for guests at Villa Fourtastic View, not for other customers.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
2. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
3. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
4. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
