“The unit was clean, comfortable but not what we expected. We expected a house not a one bedroom condo on the third floor up four flights of stairs”

“Wish the a.c. was in the bedroom as the livingroom would be freezing but the bedroom would be stfling. There was no elevator in the building, but there was a photo of one in the listing, which i found to be deceptive. Had i known it was a 3-story walkup, we would not have booked. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated. The listing also stated a washer and dryer but it was a combo machine which didnt dry the clothes even with additional dry cycles. We had to hang our clothes to dry……
