This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! "Hilbert was a wonderful host - very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was exactly as described - perfectly located, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything our family needed, including plenty of child-friendly items that made it very convenient. Having access to the resort and amenities yet still the space and convenience of a comfortable villa and kitchen was the perfect combination. Would highly recommend and definitely return!
