“This house was perfect for our group! The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. It was a bit of a drive to French Lick, but the layout and amenities of the house made it well worth the drive. Well Done Courtney!”

“This is a lovely cottage on the Ohio river. We stayed for two weeks and truely enjoyed it. This cottage has the older home charm with modern amenities. We look forward to coming back for future stays. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The owner was very nice and if we had questions he responded very quickly. The children LOVED this place and enjoyed the basketball court with 3 basketballs and LOVED the movie room with access to Disney, Netflix, YouTube Tv and more. The adults enjoyed an adult movie after kids went to bed and we all slept great. The beds were super comfy! The house is very big with so much room for activities. We hope to come again! “Check in was great. Even got an early check in. Which was nice. Kitchen facilities were nice. Wi fi was greatReally need to take care of the floor. And the ceiling fan. Sitting at the dining room table was quite challenging. Overall it was a great place to visit and have a nice getaway. Great views of the river and barges. ”

“This property was even better than what the listing said. The host was quick to respond to anything that I asked. The listing does say one bathroom, but there are actually three full bathrooms. That was super helpful. There was a huge kitchen that was well stocked, plenty of towels and blankets. There was also ample seating in the living room area and at the dining room table. It was really a wonderful experience overall. The only downside is the dishwasher was not working, which we did not know...

“This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was so cute and clean, and it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and fun stay. The location was ideal – close enough to Patoka Lake for easy access, but far enough away to feel private and secluded. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!”
