“When we came down for breakfast at 8:30am literally NO ONE was anywhere to be found. There was a note on the front desk that said to call for assistance so I called 5 times over 10-15 mins with no answer. There was NO hot breakfast (which was advertised and the only reason we stayed so we saved money on going out to eat in the morning before continuing our trip). There was no hot coffee or anything, just 2 muffins and some bread (no jelly, cream cheese etc). I spoke to a lady that also had come……

“The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was really nice and helpful. We had a comfortable stay there.”

“The ladt working that evening was a very sweet and helpful, it was pet friendly, not very far from the expo.”

“This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work……

“Room was clean and bed and linens were comfy. It was as to be expected (would have preferred a slightly lower rate for the conditions overall). Staff was chill and friendly. Breakfast was lame. ”

“Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. ”

“Room was very clean, Staff was extremely nice even stopping to talk to my 2 year old who could babble for hours, breakfast was amazing even though it was a small area it was filled with things to choose from. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely stay again.”

“Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open.……

“Easy check in. Good location that was well lit and felt safe. Room was clean and has been updated. Booked a queen but stayed in a king. Was a very pleasant upgrade. ”
