"This property worked perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. Great central location in San Diego, 30 minutes or less away from virtually anything you might want to do in San Diego. Close to multiple beaches, easy access to downtown and the Local north county activities like Lego Land or the Safari Park. Hosts were very communicative and, while we had no need to reach out to them, they checked in several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great sized secure yard for dogs....

"Staff (especially front desk) was great and very helpful. Free breakfast service was very good. Overall, excellent and very well maintained property. Underground parking was quite convenient but pricey. There was a bit of noise from the adjoining gas station and its car wash at times but nothing too terrible."

"Property was not what was represented online in descriptions or pictures. We did not end up staying a single night at the property for our full 7 night planned stay and instead had to book another place to stay for an increased amount due to being last minute. Cleanliness, smell, provided linens/towels and entry safety concerns that were well past being addressable for comfort as advertised for the stay. In addition the property manager, Red Awning and VRBO refused to return any of our money...
