Very well equipped.
A large shaded terrace, offering the possibility of eating outside in the height of summer and when the mistral is blowing very hard.
Pool: 3. 80 - 6. 70 - 1.50 salt treatment.
At your disposal two bikes.


Carqueiranne seaside resort at 7 km of coastline, located between Hyères and Toulon, 'beau Rivage', 'Pins Penchés', classified sites, which tilt their curious trees above the sea, the' Colle Noire 'or' Le Petit Lac 'are so many gems of unspoiled nature. Its coastline is one of the wildest and most sought after in the department.



For the little ones: travel cot, changing mat, high chair and stroller will be loaned to you free of charge on request.
The swimming pool is protected by a barrier.

Beautiful accommodation
This is a beautiful property conveniently situated between l’Almanarre and Carqueiranne. Two good size double rooms and a smaller room with an en-suite. It’s quirky but in a good way. There were five sun loungers in good condition. The view from the bedroom balconies is magnificent. The pool was clean and clearly well maintained. The local manager were friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked as you’d expect in a family home.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances en famille dans cette jolie maison. Les extérieurs sont charmants et l'accès 100m à la plage privée est un vrai plus en fin de journée pour apprécier le couché de soleil et prendre l'apéro. L'intérieur est jolie et en très bon état. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La maison est idéalement Située entre Hyeres et Carqueiranne, et donne accès rapidement au bars, restaurants, plages et port. Un Spot idéal pour des vacances d'été.

Stilvolles Haus mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Haus gleich wohl gefühlt und sofort mit dem Urlaub genießen anfangen können. Ich werde dieses Haus auf jeden Fall Freunden weiter empfehlen. Der quasi private Zugang zum Strand war ein zusätzliches großes Plus. Gerne hätten wir die Besitzerin persönlich kennen gelernt, da die Konversation mit Ihr so zugewandt war.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est très belle, très bien située pour profiter de tous les sites aux alentours. Nous avons également profité de l'accès à la petite plage privée, nous offrant un moment au calme absolu. Mme Duboeuf nous a très bien accueillis et s'est assurée que nous n'ayons besoin de rien. Perfekt zum Entspannen und abschalten
Das Haus bietet alles an Komfort, das man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben absolut angenehme 2,5 Wochen hier verbracht mit unserem Hund Juan, der es ebenfalls genossen hat. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Für Besitzer grosser Hunde ist es evtl. gut zu wissen, dass wir nach der 3. Nacht Juan im EG haben schlafen lassen, da die Treppe in's obere Stockwerk eine Herausforderung beim runterlaufen war.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette belle maison, pleine de charme, très bien située. Tout peu ce faire à pieds ou à vélo. L'acces privé a la petite crique est un vrai plus. Anny c'est montrée très réactive lors d'un petit problème sans conséquence avec la piscine. Merci, à louer sans hésitation.

Schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten
Wir waren zwei Wochen dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und Pool waren toll. Die Umgebung war wunderschön, mit vielen Stränden in der Nähe und einem bezaubernden Hafen in Carqueiranne, wo wir täglich unseren Hund Gassi geführt haben. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub im wunderschönen Frankreich.

Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Der Empfang von Mme Duboeuf war sehr herzlich. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Séjour cocooning entre Noël et nouvel an
Nous étions 3 couples lors de notre séjour et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace de vie, la taille des chambres, les 2 salles de bains et l'équipement de la cuisine très complet. La situation de la maison est extrêmement pratique et permet d'accéder rapidement au bord de mer et aux commerces. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Merci pour toutes les sympathiques attentions et particulièrement pour le sapin de Noël !

Excellente adresse ! Magnifique région !
Très agréable maison avec piscine sécurisée et beaucoup de facilités : à deux pas des criques, à moins de 15 minutes en voiture des plages et de la splendide presqu'île de Giens. Annie la propriétaire et son gentil voisins étaient très réactifs en cas de problème. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Maison bien équipée, avec beaucoup de charme,et confortable où on peut vite se sentir très bien. La terrasse pour prendre les repas est très agréable Le petit +: les 4 vélos mises à dispositions. La proximité de jolis paysages, des plages (Carqueiranne, Le Pradet, Hyeres, Porquerolles) permet de passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Super location super spot je recommande
Nous venons de passer 2 semaines juste géniales et inoubliables . La maison est pleine de charme , hyper bien équipée , la piscine top. L endroit à 100 mètres de la mer. Le spot est dingue , vue sur la mer . Piste cyclable à 20 mètres qui vous emmène à Hyères ou encore à Toulon . Super balade !!! Et sinon le bus 39 arrêt à 50 mètres direction Hyères ou Toulon . Bref chacun y a trouvé son rythme en toute autonomie et dans un endroit sublime. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines avec 6 adolescents de 13 à 16 ans et les 3 grandes chambres sont ultra confortables et spacieuses. Le salon séjour hyper agréable à vivre car il donne sur une terrasse ombragée super agréable . La maison est hyper bien entretenu . Tout a été juste parfait. Je tiens d’une part a recommander vivement cette location car elle est juste top ! et tiens également à remercier la propriétaire qui a toujours été aux petits soins et ultra serviable. Je recommande cette location très prisée en saison estivale. J’ai l habitude de louer des maisons mais celle ci restera inoubliable. Nous nous tardons d’y retourner j espère rapidement.

une vraie "pause" dans cette superbe maison
Nous avions besoin d'un break et de vraies vacances.... Nous avons trouvé un lieu ideal pour cela ... Maison accueillante, vivante, lumineuse, tres bien équipée, une terrasse superbe sous la vigne, un jardin tres mignon avec piscine, qui se prête à la pleine détente... Si on devait trouver un bémol ce serait pour garer sa voiture, mais dans la rue il est possible de se garer et ce n'est pas tres passant. La petite crique avec acces privée à 200m est un vrai "plus". Carqueiranne est accessible à pied à environ 15/20mn, et pleins de jolis coins à decouvrir autour. Nous emportons de supers souvenirs de nos vacances dans la maison d'Annie.
