Super maison chez patrizia très bien équipée il ne manque rien,beau jardin les lits très confortables et fait à la perfection d’une propreté irréprochable et un état général parfait.Et un super accueil !!! Je recommande vivement. Ma note est 10sur10”

“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk...

“This property capped off a perfect trip to Italy! The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was clean, working, and we thoroughly took advantage of the terrace by sitting out as much as possible during our short stay. Cristina, the property manager, was great with communications, very helpful, and made sure we had all of the information we needed - and more! (Thank you for the restaurant suggestions!) I hope that we get to visit Monterosso...

“Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

“Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

“Very good. Our (super) host, Cristina was always available for our group. Whatever we needed she made it happen. Wish the pool was cleaner and heated. Other than that the property and scenery were great.”

“Luigi is the perfect host, absolutely friendly and caring. He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We appreciated most that everything you may need is available in the house. We arrived by car and were greatful for the included parking. During our stay, we used the train or boat for travelling. Thank you to Luigi for this wonderful vacationing experience!”

“Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind.”

“We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. Stay a whole week to enjoy this property and the towns near by. Thanks to Alberto for sharing this home.”

“Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

“El hotel tienw una vista bellisima al mar pero es extremadamente incomodo: las habitaciones estan en una pendiente fuerte (hay que subir y bajar mas de 70 escalones de las habitaciones a la recepcion. En adicion, esta en las afueras de Riomaggiore - en la montaña, solo comunicado por bus que pasa irregularmente cada 2 horas o a veces cada 4 horas... cada viaje cuesta 2.50 euros. No recomendable para quien quiera conocer Cinque terre...”

“Struttura meravigliosa. Aria di pace e tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato nel Lodge, bellissimo e pulito. Comodissimo per l’accesso alla piscina, anch’essa stupenda. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Ragazzo presente all’aperitivo molto gentile e simpatico. Un weekend di relax da ripetere sicuramente. ”
