"Aucun contact humain avec l agence de location. Beaucoup de mails pour emprunte de cb et debit de la caution, scan des passeports de chaque résident, boite a cles facile à trouver mais l entree de l appart est mal decrite et compliquée a trouver.. Sinon, Logement correcte , un peu bruyant (entree de l immeuble, appart mal isole phonétiquement...). Volet sejour ne fonctionnait pas correctement. "

But the staff at Cinque Terre Riviera were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed everything else about this property and our time in Cinque Terre. Monterosso was a great home base from which to visit all the villages of Cinque Terre. Thank you Alexandra!"

"Our stay has no complaints! Linda was great with checking. The shower was spacious. The washer/dryer was a great plus. The location was perfectly centered in the historical part of Monterosso. We will return. Highly recommend. "

"Communication with this property went above and beyond. The facility was gorgeous and directly on the beach. We had everything we needed. The windows could use a tune up and a tv would have been nice only because the Euro was going on. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice stay. "

"My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs. But the location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, so super quiet and serene. Except there are times when you can hear the people above you from the bedroom walking or pushing in/out chairs. The AC was unmatched! After sweating profusely from the steep ascend to the room, that air conditioning felt...

"We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great and in the middle of town. The host was great at responding in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean and fit 6 adults comfortably. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Monterosso, I would recommend the Five Sails! "
