是公寓式酒店管理，到大堂管理員會call Agent 到來協助check-in，Rossie好熱誠帶我們上房，為我們安排15樓，房間同照片一樣，景觀很好…正正對着接吻橋，晚上可以全天候欣賞煙花，房間也很整潔，床舖也很舒適，如有什麼問題也可以用WhatsApp對話，非常方便。。步下行10分可到達纜車站及小鎮食肆，按摩店夜市等。下次再來也會再入住。

First time to Phu Quoc with my family, highly appreciated our Butler Jane, Hana and all the drivers and staff, impressive performance helpful and serve immediately, whenever we need to help they reply immediately, 24/7 butler service check in at the resort, free buggy services, love the peoples in Phu Quoc they are nice and helpful even they can’t speak in fluent English There is some problem with the room we booked, Free breakfast and the breakfast is nice too Restaurant manager Chine and his staff are very friendly with very good services Jane help to solved it immediately The resort is large, comfortable, nice view and beautiful Thank you for all their service Love to visit again
