It was an older property, but it was kept well. The owner was very accommodating and nice. Very good value for the price. We would stay here again.

Thanks for your feedback . The building was builded between 50 and 60 but we always maintained when it needed it and we offer reasonable rate , clean room for the guest .

Simple and clean.
Every year my son and I make a trip up to the Catskills for fun. For the last 8 or 9 years we have stayed at the Four Seasons Motel. It’s very reasonable, very clean, and we have never had an issue here. It has a fridge and microwave as well. Every time I go up to the region I will stay there. We went out for the day and when we came back the beds were made, the floor was mopped, and my sons clothes were folded for him. Nice owners too.

This is an old school motel 70’s circa. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower is fine and it is inexpensive. It works well for us as we are out all day and basically come back just to sleep and shower. The owners are friendly and accommodating

I definitely recommend Four Seasons Motel! I was very pleased by the appearance of the property. The room was clean and neat, well maintained, and parking was readily available. The area surrounding the property is in very good shape. I will be booking another room at the Four Seasons for my next trip.

I was suspicious of all the positive reviews I saw, but the place was very good: clean, well maintained, good plumbing. Not luxurious, but you can’t beat it for the money.

This is an older motel that has not been substantially renovated. But the room was clean and the price was fair. Some noise from the road and from the neighbors.

The owner welcomed us. The room was clean and larger than many motel rooms. We liked the large table and cozy trim. The motel is not shiny new, but quite adequate for the price.

Stayed in cold February. We loved that the owner himself greeted us and treated us like his own family was visiting. I was using my tire air compressor to top off my tires before hitting the road and the owner came out to ask me if I needed help. Swell guy. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are stocked with shower gel, shampoo, towels of all sizes, even individually wrapped new tooth brushes. Mini fridge in room and microwave. Flat screen T.V. with HDMI hookup. Heat is good in the room. Yes, the decor is old, but, the cleanliness makes up for it. The room is large enough for two double size inflatable beds to be used in addition to the two beds in the room. Overall, happy with the stay. We're considering returning when it gets warm after MAY when the pool is open.

My friend (27) and I (24) decided last second to stay overnight for a second day on the mountain. It was perfect for our needs. Cozy, Clean, fridge/freezer, tv, clean bathroom and shower, 2 beds, huge rack to hangup our ski stuff to dry. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, owner answered our phone call right away regarding wifi. We talked about how we'd stay here again!

needed a place to crash overnight at the last minute, and the Four Seasons ended up being more than i could have asked for. Especially when the weather and gps kept delaying my arrival. I kept calling to update my arrival, and the person who answered was pleasant calming , and after the 2nd call, promised that they would be there whenever i arrived, (ultimately just before midnight in the pouring rain) where he quickly processed my into the room, which was perfect! Warm, clean, simple but comfortable and charming . 5 stars. maybe 7 stars! will be back many times!

When I made this reservation, I was informed several months later that there was an error and the hotel was overbooked. I called the hotel directly and spoke with the owner. He explained the situation and found me another hotel in the area, covering the price difference. He also called back the next day and informed me that there had been a cancellation and I had a room at this hotel again. This was the CLEANEST hotel/motel I have ever stayed in (and there have been a lot of them!). I checked in early and when I returned to move into my room, the owner came and met me at the room and introduced himself. We had quite a nice conversation. I felt totally safe and secure there. There's even a playground for kids behind the first building. I would HIGHLY recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area, and will definitely stay there again.

Satisfied for 9 years.
This place is a great, clean budget motel. It’s not fancy and the room decor is not designer, but it is very clean and comfortable. I’ve been coming here every year for 9 years now. It’s a good clean basic place to stay. It has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

We spent an extended weekend. No frill's motel, but it has everything you need. If, they don't have what you need just ask. They will be happy to accommodate. Very, very clean!! Very nice management. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much.

Excellent Again!
We stayed here for the second year in a row on a Catskill vacation. This is an old motel that is well taken care of. Rooms are extremely comfortable and home like. They even have quite a big size fridge in each of the rooms. Bear in mind this is not a a trendy place or some kind of fancy boutique hotel. It an Old country motel that is very similar to two other properties in town. We will be back for a third stay next year or maybe even sooner.

It's a typical Motel, the beds are a lot more firm then I'm used to at home but that seems to be typical. I would recommend asking for additional pillows as I found the ones that were in our room to be flat. We actually managed with just the extra blankets that were in the room since we came late. Otherwise, I was fairly impressed. It was about 100 degrees this past weekend, AC kept the room at about 74. Pool was nice, room was clean everything worked. The water pressure was fantastic along with the wifi. It is though a typical older motel so don't expect upgrades, still expect motel. Would stay here again.
