"We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"This was my second time visiting Austin and I cannot say enough about the city and the host. She called me a few days in advance to check in and inform me how to reach her. Her home is stunning, functional, and very clean. You can tell a lot of pride is taken in the maintenance of her property. We had to have a package sent to her home before our arrival and she informed us when it was delivered. I greatly appreciated all her help in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. "Quiet get away"

"The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too."

"This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Loved staying at this lovely cottage! Debra was an amazing hostess. Great location very close to the square and walking distance to Southwestern. Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay."

Funny to mention, but very important for menopausal women, is that all the temperature controls were highly responsive and effective - house cooling, pool & hot tub warming - for our needs. Beds and couches were all comfortable and 3 bathrooms were essential; the house was very clean and up to date. Location, communication, and access were all great."
