Room was clean but so dark it was hard to know for sure. I have never seen a hotel room that dark in my life and I’ve travelled all over the world. The elevators made this loud, continual screeching sound every time they opened and closed. Do NOT stay here if you are handicapped or have mobility issues. The chairs are so low they are almost on the floor and don’t get me started on the toilets. They are toddler size!! I thought maybe that was just our room but even the public ones downstairs are that tiny and low to the ground. The attached restaurant had decent foot but ZERO tables for Room was clean but so dark it was hard to know for sure. Staff didn’t seem to notice or care. Do NOT stay here if you are handicapped or have mobility issues. The chairs are so low they are almost on the floor and don people with mobility issues. Seriously all raised booths and raised tables. There were a couple of regular booths around the corner with a chair that I think were for staff. The restaurant staff was good enough to allow us to. The food was good. Not thing else was, sadly.
I had been looking forward to a nice stay but was sadly inconvenienced and very unhappy. I will never stay here again. Just not a good experience for the money.
