“The staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation and assistance throughout my stay. On my final night, I experienced a severe toothache and struggled to sleep. At approximately 3am, I contacted the front desk seeking pain relief. Although suitable medication was unavailable on site, the staff went above and beyond by visiting a 24-hour shop in town to purchase the required medication. When I inquired about reimbursement, the attendant assured me that there was no need to worry, stating, "It's on……
