The girl at the reception let us walk to the elevator knowing our room was behind the reception but not telling us! Then they figured it was ok to wake us up at 8 am for cleaning service knowing that check out is not until 11!!! Will no be booking there again!

The only real good thing about this stay was that the bed was comfy and the breakfast tasty. This place is really showing it's age. Housekeeping staff never attended our room which was disappointing, as we required a change of towels. And the hallway carpets were in very poor condition.

My room was run down, walls needed to be washed. Requested soap as there was none in the room, but never received it. Flooring in room and hallways were in terrible shape. Elevator was very dirty. Breakfast was good and staff were good.

The entire hotel is run right down, hallway carpets torn and wore out, rooms look like they have garage sale furniture in them, they supposed to have new beds but they are as hard as ever… the rooms and halls and elevators need a total overhaul.. the elevators where a bit scary.. it sounded like they were going to leave you stranded and lots of sqeaks .. no hand soap in any of the rooms and when we called down for some they said they don’t supply hand soap only shower gel??!!!! They leave one remote for the tv but that only works for Chanel’s, if you want to run the smart part of the tv you need to call the front again and ask for the other remote, then wait 25minutes for them to bring them up.. This used to be my favorite little getaway because they have the beautiful “L Spa” there, as well as the “Jax restaurant” which is amazing too.. but we won’t be staying there again unless they clean up their act and start doing some upkeep

I wasn’t very impressed after finding out that they have no surveillance cameras on their property. I found this out after my vehicle was vandalized. The house keeper than was assigned to our wing didn’t replaced any off the dirty dishes and coffee. I wasn’t impressed that you have 2 guess in a room and only one chair.

Staff is very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Easy communication, respectful and makes sure you get what you ask for. It was very easy to deal with them as i was booking one night at a time, they made sure i stayed in the same room even if i booked last minute everyday! Their lounge/restaurant was very pleasant and friendly as well. I had a facial and a full body massage at their L spa on main floor which was really good and they sure know how to treat you well. Also to top it off they have one of the best prices in town even if the hotel looks like luxury. Highly recommend!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but unfortunately our most recent experience was very disappointing. We noticed that the cleanliness has significantly declined. During our last stay, there was blood on the wall right beside the bed, which was extremely concerning. We reported this to staff and were given the manager’s email to send the pictures and to follow up. After allowing plenty of time and even calling again, we never received a response. Due to both the condition of the room and the lack of follow-up, we will no longer be staying here.

The bedding was absolutely nasty upon our arrival. We had to ask for all of it to be changed. Our second room smelled like an ashtray, despite it being a non-smoking room. The walls, floors, and bathrooms were dirty. I've not stayed in a dirty hotel like this in a very long time. The staff was amazing, though. I can imagine working in a run-down place like this is difficult on a daily basis. The breakfast was good with sizable portions.

Rooms are a little rough. Tub was stained bad I actually thought they forgot to clean it. The tap on the tub was really loud and sort of sprayed all over. The staff was amazing but the rooms were dark and dingy and the elevators are really loud and not in great working condition.
