3/5 - Okay
The location is next to a busy freeway. It was very difficult to sleep and the pillows are terrible small and hard on the neck.

The place was perfect for a one night staty, clean and modern but the beds make a lot of noise. The beds need to be bolted to the floor.

What an amazing property!! My group and I stayed for 3 nights and spent the most of it outside in the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were better than most upper scale hotels. It was very easy working with Jacob. He was very responsive when we had a question about the property. ...

As a country boy I loved the simple country setting. It was a perfect stopover for my wife and I as we traveled through the Central Valley to checking out the almond bloom, plus it’s right basically in an almond orchard. It’s a sweet spot.

Perfect location 5 minutes from Kaiser Modesto hospital, where my brother was hospitalized. Large space, 3 bedrooms, convenient to shopping. Felt very secure.

We tried to support the local businesses but there isn’t much family owned. Mostly cheap chain stores and restaurants. They need more local organic food and store options.
Not a good experience for my first time to Modesto. The hotel wouldn't accept my form of payment after making all those arrangements and upgrades. Had to go to another hotel late in the evening. Very inconvenient.
I really enjoy this place. All you need is a washer and dryer. Thank you
Not much to do . Was there for a family function (soccer tournament)
