Clean room friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing and did not feel well maintained. It was incredibly dusty, including the bedding, lamps, chandeliers, headboard, and baseboards. The AC vents were aged and dirty so we turned off the AC even though it made the room uncomfortably stuffy. The carpet was also worn and coming apart along the edges. The one redeeming feature of the room was the bathroom, which was clean and had a very nice shower. The hotel’s common areas and amenities were well kept. I would recommend visiting for the activities, restaurant, and beautiful views, but based on the condition and cleanliness of our room, I would not stay overnight here again.

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, and our room was even more luxurious than we imagined. We very much appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, the special treats and wine hour, and the lovely breakfasts. We would absolutely stay here again!
