“This is, as the listing accurately describes, a tiny house. So, it is definitely that. The interior of this tiny house is cute but lacking in some vital respects. There is no reading light in the sleeping loft, so once you are up there you are limited to watching TV or reading on your device. Likewise, there is no reading light by the couch underneath the loft. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable but there is no mirror (or light) to do your hair or makeup. “Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious.”

Poor communication with the owner prior to arrival. Did send a couple messages through the app with a quick response but no instructions were given about access the property.
