Stayed here for college move in. Hotel was less than 15 min drive to NC State. Wifi, breakfast, and convenient self-parking lot were all included. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was good and room was nice, clean, and spacious.

Loved everything about the hotel. Staff was very welcoming and check in was fast. The hotel was clean overall and the breakfast had a variety of choices to eat. If you love fresh waffles you can actually make your own. If I'm ever in the area again I'm booking here.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The staff immediately greeted us and made us aware of the free water because I was Hyatt reward member. The bed was comfortable. We were about 10 minute drive from huge shopping area. There a McDonalds 45 seconds from hotel. It's in a quite area

Property felt like it could benefit from an update. It was okay for a wedding but not the best accommodation. Some of the furniture was rusted and not clean. Ironing board was stained, rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Hair in shower, couch had several obvious stains. Also, the Room was not turned down during our stay. Slight mildew smell. The staff were very friendly and parking/location was convenient. Not sure I would stay again.

Great location and loved the size of the room. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in it and some mold - just overall needed to be updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was big, clean and comfy. The desk guy, Josh was was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and seemed enough for guests. Breakfast was hot and good. I rarely give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. We would definitely stay there again if we needed a room in the area!
