The two ladies at the desk tried to give me the worst room in the place. Next to the street and the driveway. Even though I a reserved King. I can only imagine what a regular room would have been like since the one they tried to give should have been a utility closet! Way over priced and terrible guest service

The property was in a good location. One of the reasons why we stayed here was because breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was horrible. If anyone is health conscience, there are not options. We stayed at the Old Harbor Inn a few years ago and the breakfast was fantastic..

A great to stay for our first time in Chatham. Very convenient to the town and surrounding sites. Breakfast was simple but perfect. Joe and Elena at the restaurant bar were awesome! The new restaurant is beautiful!

OK Stay
The hotel was nice, BUT, the room was not ready at 3:00 PM and we had to take a different room in order to change to make a 4:00 PM appointment. Also, the "Breakfast Included" was rather underwhelming......packaged waffles, no de-caf coffee, etc...The location is great, but the price isn't worth the facility.

This property is the CUTEST! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and it was in was in the perfect quaint location. Its the off season so it's much quieter but I was in walking distance to all the dining/bars/shopping that was open which is wonderful!

This is a quiet and friendly spot right on the Main Street of Chatham. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing more renovation so that the restaurant can reopen in the spring. Having the hotel restaurant open will make the site even more appealing.

This was 3rd time to this property There was note the hotel was under major renovations It was ok restaurant was closed but around 6:00 the Hotel became noisy not sure staff or workmen at 8:00 the machine tools started operating Went to breakfast which was included this also disappointing I have traveled extensively and the breakfast to minimal in value some fundamental condiments missing

Lovely Hotel. Good location. Clean. We had plumbing problem in our room which was inconvenient and time consuming but they moved us to upgraded room. Food was reasonable. Some staff great (Elise) others even at reception on checkin were mildly welcoming.

This is a charming, quaint place and the staff was very nice. It is right in the heart of town so very convenient for shopping and restaurants and location is what you pay for because even in the off-season it was quite pricey per night and very basic accommodations. Clean and quaint though.

Comfortable and clean hotel
Great hotel and location is really great for walking around town and to the beaches. Room was small but comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. Would stay there again.

The location was very good---a nice walk to the beach to see the seals. There are many shops for shoppers. The Inn has a quaint feel to it. It's nice that they offer bicycles to ride. The staff members in cafe and inn weren't always friendly. The breakfast was late several mornings.

It is a beautiful property, very clean, with access to business in the main street. Parking is very convenient. There is a nice restaurant in the lobby where you can eat good seafood. All in all, the best option in downtown Chatham.

The Chatham Wayside Inn met all of our expectations and even more. All of the staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location for shopping and restaurants was fabulous!! The parking was easy; and most of the time, we were able to walk to our destination. We are planning on visiting again next year. Amanda, at the front desk, was always very helpful!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
