Noisy, loud wall air conditioner. Couldn't run it very long because the noise was disturbing. Annoying sign posted on back of entry door as to price per item if guest stole them. Is it necessary to post this warning suspecting that guests are thieves? Skimpy breakfast, not even liquid half&half for coffee.

If you need a place to lay your head…not too terrible. Theres a Walmart, a cute coffee shop and good restaurants. But if you’re looking for quality, cleanliness or the feeling of privacy, it’s not great. Staff was helpful though.

Rooms are old but well kept. Only downside is that they charged me for an extra night at the owners wife's rate, but, her husband didn't like his wife's charges that she gave me, so, he called me to tell me that he was going to charge me an extra $40 plus dollars for the extra night that I paid to the owners wife. Also they had a white envelope inside the room that asked the guests to leave a tip to the cleaning crew. I think in my stay at a lot of hotels and motels I've never seen a thing like that before. I mean common courtesy tells you that if you are staying for just one night why would you leave a tip to the cleaning crew when the hotel pays for their labor. Unless, you are staying longer and they make your room daily for the days that you will be staying then I guess that yeah, leave them a tip for their services rendered to you for keeping your room clean, but I think that should be optional to you and not an open envelope asking for tips. Just my humble opinion. Stay was good.

Surprise dog fee when we got there, we prepaid on Expedia which didn't include their dog fee. For the price we could have stayed somewhere much nicer. We had ants in the room the whole time, they tried to eat the empty dog food bowls. The hair dryer didn't work at all. The pool was out if commission as the whole place was under renovation. The bed was very firm, hard. The place will likely be better after renovation but until then spend your hard earned money and time elsewhere
