"Out family has stayed here a few times evey time is always nice.As soon as u enter the property you know its a safe quiet and chill vibe.Deers roam the property early in the a.m and at night its nice to see them so close. Fishing dock is short walking distance from ur comfy rooms. Great AC, smart tvs,great water pressure. Property manager answers ur messages pretty quickly and it just nice overall 👌"

"We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The home is newer, with a good modern layout and everything was very comfortable from the living areas to the bed and baths. The management team was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. The home had everything we needed and was well stocked with the basics. The 2nd fridge was a great addition for holding ice/drinks for boat outings. Marina, boat slip and lift were clean, in good order, and relatively convenient in location to the home and could support a pontoon or wake boat. Kids enjoyed the time at the house in the pool and everyone felt like they had their own space when needed. TVs worked well through out the home and offered entertainment for the evenings. The community was nice and felt safe. The location on the lake is great for getting around by boat and enjoying all LBJ has to offer. We hope to stay again soon. "

"The room was great. Super clean and enjoyable but we had a room right by the highway and the sound of cars and trucks was bad. We needed an old fashioned air conditioner to run continually to block the highway noise. "

"Our extended family of 6 ranging from 10 to 75 stayed at the Cottage and all had a wonderful time. Ty is a great host and he and his wife gave us a tour of the property which is absolutely amazing! We were able to feed the giraffes and TANK! My daughter said feeding princess the giraffe was the best experience she had during our week long adventure in Texas! Only wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks Ty for a wonderful time. "
