“A GREAT place !!!! GREAT LOCATION!!! Lots to do at the lake (swim, kayak, fish, tan) and in town (Loon Fest, Wing Wah). My family and I enjoyed it immensely. Enough room to stretch out, great wrap-around porch for a peaceful AM cup of coffee. Minor suggestions: have screens in all windows (to include upstairs) for all around cooling, and have brighter light bulbs in the living and dining areas.”

“This was the perfect spot to rest and relax. Great proximity to Mt. Katahdin for all you hikers! The setting could not have been more peaceful and serene! The camp is adorable and so comfy and the views of the lake are stunning! Loved being right on the water!! ”

“We were very pleased with our stay at this Schoodic Lake property. The location was relaxing & perfect…the next to the last house on a dead end road. The two neighbors on either side were not visible through the trees. Our closest neighbors were a family of bald eagles between this property & the next. Amazing! Check-in was easy. And the household amenities were definitely as described! I’ve stayed at many VRBO & AirBnb properties. Often properties describe amenities and you find the bare……

“We loved that we were so close to the water, and it was so private. The floating was good, fishing was good. Cabin was clean with clean linens, towels, etc. Very homey and comfy. The Sunrise views were amazing. We loved the little duck visitors as well. Close to grocery stores if you need to go out for anything. The bed was very hard, but I am a very fussy bed sleeper. Only real issue for us was that the rug in the livingroom was always wet so we had to wear shoes or slippers at all times. But,……

“nothing 5 star here , just you're basic mini cabin, it was clean, staff was friendly , the grounds were nice , fire pit etc .... no complaints if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay on the outdoorsy side of things , this is it !! ”
