Worth every dollar, we had a great night sleep with a large room & bedroom they have there. Lift is too slow and hot, staff weren’t that friendly but still nice 😊

The check in and check out staff were good and engaging. The night staff as usual could not be bothered to stop looking at phones to either open door or greet guests. The room and location are spot on.

Nice newer property. It's in the flight path of take offs from CNX airport. The noise is tolerable and ends around midnight. The hotel lacks Fitness center. No mini bar. Staff is nice and the cafe attached is good.

They decorated our room for our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was about the breakfast options. As a vegan, there wasn't much for us. The restaurant tried to accommodate but we had limited options. Otherwise, it was a great stay and location.

Lovely modern hotel (built just 4 years ago) in a great location in the heart of the action in upscale Nimman. It is just a few blocks away from the new Central Mall and 1 Nimman Mall. Our Junior Suite was spacious and spotless, and offered a large separate bedroom, at the price of a single room in its competitors . The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed had the most comfortable mattress we could remember in a hotel. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The only negatives were the WiFi service and the included breakfast. The WiFi was based on an unsecured 2.4G router that was OK but slow most of the time. I'd suggest using a VPN for security if you do any sensitive work on your device. It had one overnight and an occasional short outage during our 10 day stay. We are not big breakfast people, but we opted in for the daily breakfast ($5 apiece). The included breakfast had a limited fixed menu. The first day we were pretty disappointed with the food. The pad Thai was very greasy and the duck on a waffle was overcooked and like a rock. The good news was that as we left breakfast in the lobby the manager (owner?) asked us how we liked breakfast. My ever honest wife told him exactly what was wrong. The next day, and the rest of the trip, the food was properly prepared, if limited. There are many alternative restaurants and cafes within a block or two. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and would be glad to stay here again.

Very nice hotel. It was close to many restaurants, mall, vendors, and markets. Easy to get around and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, there is also 2 really good coffe shops last then a block away. Overall it was a great stay.

Hotel is located on a small street off a secondary artery that is a few minutes from the Maya shopping center. Hotel staff was excellent. Even though our transport stopped one property over from the hotel, they had people running out of the hotel to come and greet us and take our baggage. Pool is small and quiet but the weather did not permit us to use it. Breakfast was included in our package and was in a roadside Café at the front door. One property down to the east was a local café for supper. Cheap beer and excellent local cuisine for less than $10 for two people. Although we walked every day to the old city and around the entire city, you can get a red truck for 30 baht/pax. The room suites were all large, new and very modern with 2 AC units. The only downside was that we were in the flight path of the Chang Mai airport and it appeared that the last plane flew out at around 2230. However, we were in Chiang Mai to visit and not sit in our rooms and watch one of the two large flat screens.

Enjoyable and convenient
A nice and comfy apartment. Nice woody furnishing. Bathroom amenities basic, does not have body lotion, toothbrush/paste, facial cotton/cotton buds. Generous 4 bottles of water. Windows are dirty, wanted to take a pic of the pool n courtyard area from room, it didn't turn out well. Lovely sets of breakfast to pick from and all are nicely presented. Nice eateries just along the street towards Nimman street. Nimman is near the airport so you hear the planes. Very good for family and long stay because of the space and convenience.

Clean affordable accommodation
This is our first visit to Chiangmai and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. It is a 5 mins walk out to the main road in the heart of a trendy location. We were spoilt for choice when food was concerned. Love it and we’re planning on a return visit with more friends. No guessing on which hotel we’ll book.

Good location. Spacious suite, comfortable but not luxurious furnishings. Check-in receptionist was terrible (she was not sure of what she was doing and took 20 mins to check in 5 of us). Breakfast service was excellent, especially the lady captain.

This is a new hotel but the staff are very attentive. The room (a suite) was huge n very comfortable. However we could hear children running along the corridor but we're not sure if it's because the walls are thin or the children are uncontrolled!!. Very comfort room and perfect location
New hotel with a big size room. A bedroom+living room, tasteful furnitures, big fridge, a lot of space to move around, good air-con, very comfort bed. Location is about 1 min walk to the main road where you can find a lot of places to eat, bars a big shopping mall(10 min walk) and a small night market near the mall. The hotel is still not fully build that mean that there is no swimming pool and no breakfast, the hotel say it very clearly so no surprise about that. Very easy to go to old town and night bazar by using the local transportation which is frequent and cost 20 baht per ride. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and i will come back in my next visit to Chiang mai

Fast internet and great services.
We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was kind and attentive. Also, airport shuttle and laundry services were fast, convenient, and highly affordable. Oh and the Wi-Fi is fast! About 40-50mbps while we were there.
