Beautiful house in a great location
The house was fantastic, really well equipped and very clean. The garden and pool area was perfect, the outside space is huge and very private - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The location of the house if great for visiting Cadiz and Seville, and the beaches close to the house are beautiful. It was our first visit to this part of Spain and would definitely like to return! The house is beautifully decorated, modern yet characterful and very clean
The pool is great, as is the garden which is full of beautiful plants and lovely areas for sitting, relaxing and chilling out in. Everything works well and we had a really lovely family holiday in the house. Highly recommended.

Inmejorable
Es la mejor casa en la que nos hemos alojado por la zona, y llevamos varios años. La casa preciosa, cuidada, limpia. La situación inmejorable, cerca de la playa, de zona de restaurantes. Y la persona de contacto, Emilio, un placer tratar con él, muy pendiente de que todo estuviera en orden. El año que viene repetiremos seguro!

Fantásticas vacaciones
Estupendo alojamiento con todos los detalles para sentirse como en casa. Se trata de un alojamiento apartado, con necesidad de moverse en coche para ir a cualquier sitio, pero en menos de 10 minutos se puede estar en la playa, en zona de restaurantes, supermercados... Casa muy acogedora con un jardín con piscina ideales para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de verano. Absolutamente recomendable.

TRANQUILIDAD Y DESCANSO
El lugar, suficientemente apartado del bullicio y, lo necesario cercano a lugares de adquisición de materias necesarias para manutención y limpieza. Cercano a las playas, en vehículo. La parcela es muy agradable, de buen tamaño. Los jardines con césped y la piscina, te permiten disfrutar de la paz y tranquilidad, el canto y presencia de gorriones. ... La casa, con el porche, el interior, salón, todo en si muy agradable. Ha sido una muy buena estancia. Gracias a Emilio y Puri, que han estado muy atentos a mi bienestar.

No sé puede decir nada malo. La casa es exactamente como se describe. La ubicación muy buena a pocos minutos de playas como las calas de roche. Íbamos con niños y le hemos sacado todo el partido a las terrazas, el jardín y la piscina. A destacar la extraordinaria limpieza de la casa y zonas exteriores así como los detalles para con los clientes. Sin duda volveremos. Ha sido todo perfecto, comunicación, recibimiento, trato todo de diez. Muchas gracias.

Très belle maison ! Décoration soignée, bien équipée et confortable. Le jardin est également très agréable, jolies terrasses, dommage que nos dates de séjour ne nous aient pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très attentif et répond rapidement à nos questions. La disponiblité de Manuel est également très appréciable pour régler le moindre problème. De plus, la très belle plage de la Borrosa est proche (5 mn en voiture). La maison est bien située pour visiter les villages alentour. Nous conseillons !

Mooie villa
Mooie villa met een complete uitrusting. Ruime, goed onderhouden tuin. Rustig gelegen, omheining zorgt ervoor dat er geen inkijk is en je 100% privacy hebt. Voor wie het belangrijk vindt kan ik bevestigen dat het zeer goede matrassen zijn. Het contact met Emilio voor en tijdens verblijf verliep zeer vlot. Ook de ontvangst door Miguel was warm en vriendelijk. De stranden zijn op ~30’ wandelen (langs wandelpad naast golfterrein) en de promenade op 45’. Voor wie het vlugger wil zijn er 2 fietsen ter beschikking. Een auto is er wel van doen want supermarkt toch op een 4-tal km.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und in einer ebenso wunderschönen Region
Für uns war es ein absolut toller Urlaub. Wir hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage dran gehängt! Das Haus und die Aussenanlagen sind in sehr gutem und gepfegtem Zustand. Miguel kam alle 2-3 Tage um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und den Pool zu warten. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, Spül- und Waschmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. Was man wissen sollte, das Haus liegt etwas abseits. Daher ist ein Auto notwendig. Uns hat das allerdings in keinster Weise gestört. Zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr herzliche und intensive Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Emilio vor, während und nach dem Urlaub!! Vielen Dank Emilio!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles ok. Doch eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt und ein Sattelitenrisiver fehlt auch, obwohl die Sat- Schüssel auf dem Dach installiert ist. Sonst ist Alles im Haus ok..

Wunderbar !
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier im Haus. Alles picobello sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Toller Kontakt, uns fehlten Geschirrtücher, wurden prompt gebracht. Küche ist super ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden. Umgebung recht leise ( keine Ahnung wie das in der Hauptsaison ist ) . Pool wird 2 Mal am Tag automatisch umgewälzt und 1 mal in der Woche gereinigt. Man braucht aber ein Auto, da das Haus ca. 5 Fahrminuten zum Strand entfernt ist. Wir waren schon oft in Novo sancti petri, aber dieses Haus hat alles getoppt. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Klare Weiterempfehlung !!!

Das Haus ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet; das Grundstück gewährt private Bewegungsfreiheit
Leider etwas abgelegen. Es gibt schöne Häuser in der Nachbarschaft, aber auch viele landwirtschaftliche Anwesen, die ziemlich heruntergekommen sind. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das ländliche Ambiente wird von zahlreichen Tieren bevölkert und auf den Grundstücken im Umfeld ist eine Menge Plastikmüll zu sehen. Schade eigentlich, das Umfeld so zu verschandeln. Auch gibt es hier zu viele Hunde, die sich regelmäßig warm bellen. Oder schon mal 2 Stunden am Stück herumkleffen (meist morgens und abends). Das inspiriert leider auch die anderen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, mitzuhalten. Um seine Nachtruhe zu bekommen, ist es oft notwendig, das Fenster zu schließen. Dann wird es im Zimmer sehr warm und stickig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas dürftig und die Töpfe und Pfannen in schlechtem Zustand. Für Selbstverpfleger nicht so erfreulich. Wegen der Abgelegenheit will man auch nicht jeden Abend ins Restaurant, zumal diese ab ca. Mitte September nicht mehr regelmäßig offen haben. Auch sollten die jeweiligen Mieter die Möglichkeit haben, die Umwälzanlage des Pools zu betätigen. Es sind morgens immer jede Menge toter Fliegen und Bienen im Pool . Wir duschen zwar bevor wir in den Pool springen, das verhindert aber nicht, dass sich ganz schnell ein Fettfilm von Sonnencreme oder Öl auf dem Wasser bildet. Wenn die spanischen Nachbarn anreisen, spielt es auch keine Rolle wie spät es ist. Es wird sich sehr laut unterhalten, gelacht und gesungen bis spät in die Nacht. Diese Lebensfreude kann man mögen, für Ruhesuchende ist das aber sicher nicht das geeignete Umfeld.
