Weekend Getaway
Super cute apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5- the kids loved unit. It is super close to a fun park for them. The unit was clean and kid friendly. Chris and his team were very accommodating with us as we had a car accident and needed additional time in the unit. We enjoyed our stay

Proximate to everything
We came for zoo and aquarium but ate in downtown twice and Vine St another time. Parking is a bit difficult if you have a large vehicle but even on street parking was not hard and free with no restrictions.

Visiting UC
Just in town for 1 night to tour UC. Arrival and communication was great. Place is as advertised. Very nice and clean. We went to Goodfellows/Wiseguy for Pizza and beers. Go there if you like pizza and drinks! Walk was 8 minutes. Went at 9 pm and felt very safe. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus through neighborhoods. If my son chooses UC we will stay here again.

Great experience. Only a couple of hiccups. Partially eaten food left in the refrigerator, soap dispenser did not work in shower and house attendant walked in without notice.

Perfect for a quick weekend trip
We loved the location and it was a very cute place to stay. The managers were available for any questions. Only thing I wish they would have available is extra mirrors in the house. Since there was only one bathroom, the getting ready process would have been easier if each room had a mirror. But other than that it was an easy and convenient place to stay !

Galley Style Apt
First off, it was great having a dedicated parking space, we had a Escalade and it was nice to not have to find a space on the street for that big boy. Older apartment but updated tastefully. The living room is to the left of the main entrance while the bedrooms are all past the kitchen and to the right so if someone wanted to stay up watching TV it wouldn't bother those trying to sleep. As mentioned with the Apt being older there are some sqeaky floors (but I find that charmig) and a smaller bathroom. Comfortable beds and large rooms, even the one with the twin bed was still a decent size. Great location in an up and coming area, just a few minutes over the bridge to Kentucky shore line with restaurants and an awesome Entertainment area or minutesfrom downtown Cincinnati as well. Would stay again.

As the owner I usually let reviews speak for themselves, but in this case I feel that I should respond. This guest’s review appears to be retaliation for the fact that we collected her security deposit due to violation of our house rules (smoking marijuana in our unit). The review is false. We have had hundreds of guests stay with no issues related to the shower, including dozens since this reservation (see our Airbnb 200+ Airbnb reviews). At no point during this reservation did the guest mention any problem with their stay. It seems that the only problem they truly had was that they did not want to pay the fine for smoking indoors.

Don’t Judge an Apartment by it’s Building
After booking this place I noticed some reviews about the neighborhood that made me a bit nervous. While out and about downtown, our bartender reacted hesitantly when I told her where we were staying… we pulled in after dark and I found myself nervous also. HOWEVER, I couldn’t have been more wrong or more at ease once we went up to the apartment. There was a security system, good on site parking, and the apartment is decorated very nicely. It had all the amenities we needed and we greatly enjoyed our time there. I am glad I didn’t let our late arrival or others opinions change our plans. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

The apartment was spacious and clean. My friends and I had a great time just relaxing. We appreciated the coffee and tea that was available for us. We also found the location to be convenient to food and bars.

The stay was very clean and the pictures looked spot on compared to the property. It is very close to some good bars and restaurants in OTR, just a short walk. We felt very safe and the place was easy to find !

It was really nice and spacious. The area is kinda of confusing at first if your not familiar with the area but overall it was good. They did try to charge me for throwing out a pillowcase so that sucked because no one did anything to a pillowcase to be charged.

Cute bungalow OTR but does not accommodate as many people as advertised
Chris and Alek's home is very well decorated and they did a great job debriefing us prior to our trip with all of the information we might need. The parking was wonderful as we had 4 available spots to use. However, upon arrival we found that there were less accommodations than advertised. The condo can sleep 7 people comfortably (two to a bed) which was a little difficult for our 8 person-group. There was an air mattress box in a closet but no mattress to be found. In addition, the air conditioner didn't quite work properly so it was a little toasty. Other than that the condo is great. New appliances, and plenty of things to cook dinner. Shower was wonderful and beds are comfy. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you couldn't find the air bed so that the space could accommodate 9 -- we care deeply about your experience and would have happily shown you where it was if you had let us know you couldn't find it. Similarly, if you'd told us that the AC wasn't cooling adequately we would have been happy to have a tech in. Since your review we have put the air bed back in an easy-to-find location and had the AC serviced. In the future please don't hesitate to reach out if you encounter any issues -- hosts care a lot about their guests' experiences!

This property looks exactly like the picture. It’s well kept and very nice. We came for weekend and all of us were very comfortable as it was spacious. Stairway into condo very narrow.

I love it
I was scared at first. Because I didn’t see any reviews but I took a chance. And I’m glad I did. Chris Condo is great. The area was nice to ride bikes and walk dogs. It was close to everything. The inside of the condo was nice. It was clean and the beds where comfortable. The parking was perfect. The condo has its own private lot. Chris the owner was amazing. He was always just a phone call away.
