The Seaside Splendor is in Kiwanda Shores, the gated neighborhood on the beach in Pacific City. The third level living area has amazing views while offering a large great room, spacious kitchen and island eating bar. There are 4 bedrooms including a deluxe ocean view master suite with a Jacuzzi tub. Features: TV/DVD/WIFI Gas BBQ Ocean view deck Jacuzzi soaking tub Max cars 4 (Contact us if additional parking is needed) Pet friendly 1 or 2 dogs. Fireplace is OUT OF ORDER Layout: 2nd level entry has master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, bedroom with double bed , bedroom with twin/twin bunks , full hall bath. Upstairs has great room with double futon, dining area, lookout room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and bedroom with twin bed . Downstairs level has garage and room for parking. Neighborhood: Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes. Access: Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 60 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. The house does need some maintenance though. The stove desperately needs to be replaced, to the point it’s a safety issue. Also the pots and pans all have Teflon chipping off into the food. The location is great, and the property manager was easy to deal with. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The views were incredible!!! And the quick little walk to the beach was perfect for our crew of 4 kids under 6\. There were plenty of linens, lots of dish ware and every thing we needed to keep the place clean while we were there. The ladies at the Kowanda rental properties were the sweetest and made our check in and out super easy. There are lots of games, some good kids movies for the VHS and sand toys in the garage. I gave it a 4 star just because the place is pretty run down and a bit dated. There are lots of stairs and kitchen is on top floor so be ready to carry your food. We didn’t mind this and truly loved our stay here. The location is excellent with a great view of ocean! It accommodates 6-7 of us easily including our dog. It recently had been painted inside and has had a few updates. The kitchen could be better stocked, but they did get new plates, cups, and knives, yay! The downstairs toilet in the main bedroom needs fixed; the handle is almost coming off. The shower is strange with no handle on the inside and slippery steps getting in, but it has good water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen / living room on the top floor is high enough to see over the houses across the street and out to sea. The kitchen and bedrooms were very nice for our party of eight. This house is in a gated neighborhood so traffic was very minimal. We were promised a refund of one night by the rental company but as of today we have not received it.
