“The property is quite nice, although the condo is small. Mosquitos managed to get into the screened porch, limiting its usefulness. On our third day, we found out that communication to guest services were by text only; phone calls don't work [um, when was someone going to mention this?]. There were minor things that needed attention which were simply not addressed during our stay: the electrical outlet in one bathroom did not work, the toilet tended to run, the toilet seat cover was detached...

“We had a wonderful stay in this cute modest sized accommodation steps from beautiful Half Moon Bay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. While it is small it is very comfortable and well furnished with A/C. The beach is some 30 steps from the front door and has several decent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The host provided easy to follow instructions for how to finding the unit. We had a most enjoyable stay without a hitch!”

“Right on the bay with everything you need. We enjoyed snorkeling (kayaks and equipment provided) and swimming right off the shore. Luis was very helpful and easy to reach. For a small fee he even got groceries for us. The room itself was clean and had everything you could need with the minor exception that only soap was provided in the bathroom so bring shampoo, lotions, etc. Great stay!”

“My husband and I stayed at Jorge apartments for over 3 months escaping the winter in Canada. Both apartments are very clean and comfortable. There is 3 big swimming pools in the complex. They are never crowded. The apartments complex is very quiet, landscaping is beautifully. It feels like 5 stars resort. Jorge is a supershost. He will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable there. I would definitely go back there.”

“The condo was beautiful & kitchen very well stocked. The views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning. We used the drying rack all the time because even following the instructions the dryer never dried, Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. “Villas & Cenote Balam Ha is a Unique Place in surrounded by Nature in Akumal, very close to the Town and beaches where we snorkel with Turtles. The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico. We spend lot of time swiming in the Cenote, and spot the Spider Monkeys and The Toh Birds and did the Temazcal with Abuelita Laura, that was a superb experience. We also took massages and Yoga lesson. We will Come Back!”
