"Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. "

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"Our stay was great. We were in Tallahassee all the way from California to attend our daughter’s college graduation from Florida A&M. When we arrived I showed up to the townhouse and realized I was a day early because I booked the wrong date. Justin and Jeani was so accommodating that they allowed my family and I to check in early. "We stayed here through the weekend and it was the perfect little rental for what we needed. There was a slight slip up with check in, but the host was super quick to respond. The vrbo was extremely clean and it felt like a cozy little home for the weekend!"
