The hotel lobby and hallways were clean. The only issue we had was there were bugs in our bathroom and walkway leading into the room. We reported to the front desk and were offered a new room. We were on a tight schedule the full day we had in bainbridge and didn’t have time to change rooms. Since it seemed to be isolated to the bathroom area we took our chances. When we returned after being away almost all day we asked the same front desk person for a discount. At that point it seems he had been there 24hrs and wasn’t in a good mood. He scribbled down that I wanted to see if I could get a discount on a portion of our stay. Needless to say the front desk attend was still there at checkout the following morning and because an attitude was still present I didn’t bother to ask about getting the discount on our rate. I will probably not be staying at the location again. Beware of room 306.
