Very homey , clean and spacious. Great location with an awesome view of the mountains. Very well equipped in kitchen and pantry . Love this property !!! The ping pong table in the garage was a fun addition .

Great stay
This property was a great location to see all the attractions in Colorado Springs and has everything you need for a great vacation. It was exactly as advertised and great communication. My only advice is go Safeway instead of King Soopers.

Beautiful Views, Clean and well stocked
The house had great views from the back deck and master bedroom. Easy access to trails for biking/ hiking. Great access to area attractions. Well stocked above expectations with paper goods and toiletries. Very clean. Nice to have the reusable grocery bags on hand. Dishwasher and laundry pods were plentiful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Views!
The house was perfect for our family week together. Our adult kids had their own rooms on the lower level. Enjoyed the deck view with our morning coffee and evening relaxing. Great location for the Colorado Springs activities. Owner was very helpful and very responsive! Would come back again.

Hidden Gem
What a wonderful house nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood against hiking trails and full floor to ceiling views of Pulpit Rock and Colorado Springs. There are two decks, from upper deck you can even see Pikes Peak and a quiet lower deck nestled amongst the trees. House is fully furnished with all utensils, plates, cookery, and a full pantry of spices and drawers full of ziplock bags and aluminum foil/plastic wrap, etc. One of the bedrooms have a full desk and the WiFi is strong. We did not have time to use the TV, ping pong table, or bookshelf full of books and games so can’t comment on entertainment. There are recyclable shopping bags for grocery shopping, an ice chest, and travel iron. This is an “escape” house where one can spend all week without leaving just to recharge and get in some self-care.

CO Sprgs Stay
Overall our stay was great. The house was large open and clean. The view from the rear of the home on the large deck or, should I say decks because there are two, Was very nice. The location was convenient and we didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes to get to just about anything. (I.e. Walmart, Safeway, Walgreens) Our host was readily available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was also very informative about things to do and places to eat in the area. There is a large natural area behind the house with great views and my 23 year old son was able to walk out the back of the house across the field and up the trail to the top of pulpit rock for a fun hike. The home is close to the Air Force Academy and the interstate for quick and easy access to the rest of Colorado Springs. Thanks again for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Great location. Fantastic view. Some plumbing issues with slow drainage. Great kitchen with pretty much everything needed for cooking at home. Lighting in some areas a little dark. Barbecue grill worked very well, but needed cleaning. Loved the deck swing. Weather couldn’t have been better. Could use instructions on using the Nest thermostat. Tv reception with xFinity was not good on some channels. We had plenty to do so the fact that there was only one tv in the whole house was not a big deal. Overall we had a fantastic vacation!

Great Location with beautiful views!
Stayed with two other couples and the house offered plenty of room. Clean and spacious with beautiful views. Great location to take in all Colorado Springs and the surrounding area has to offer. Perfect place to hang out after a full day and talk with your family and friends about all the wonderful sights and activities you took in that day!

A Fantastic Vacation Rental
This house was a great place to spend part of our vacation to Colorado. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The location was very central to many Colorado Springs attractions and hiking areas. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great place for families!
Our stay could not have been better. The home was wonderful, clean, and very spacious for 4 adults and 2 younger children (boys ages 6 and 4.) The views of the mountains and Pulpit Rock from the deck and large windows are like paintings. The home itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood and while there are houses on both sides, the trees and vegetation provide lots of privacy. When you’re out on the deck, it feels like the only house around. The home comes with just about everything you need in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. My 2 boys loved the playing several of the board games available, and had plenty of room to just be boys. The location is great within Colorado Springs. We were able to quickly venture out to many of the main attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and the North Pole amusement park. And many restaurants and stores are just minutes away. The hiking right off the back patio was wonderful too. We enjoyed several hikes to Pulpit Rock for the beautiful views. We would highly recommend this home to any travelers looking for a nice, clean. spacious home that makes you feel like you’re at your own home. If we come back through Colorado Springs, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

The housewas big and cozy. 10 of us stayed there and had plenty of space to spread out. The floor to ceiling windows gave us amazing views, as well as the spascious deck. Todd the property owner responded to our questions timely and gave very clear instructions how to find and get into the home. We were close in distance to everything we needed and fun things to do during our visit. We really appreciate you renting out your home to us, we had a great time!!

Spectacular Views!

The pictures don’t do this property justice, it was amazing. There was ample space for our family to stay without being crowded or on top of each other. We really enjoyed being able to go hiking right out the back doors. You lack nothing, everything you could need was provided. Very close to coffee, restaurants, and multiple grocery stores. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Easy check in and out process and prompt communication with host. We loved this stay, it was beyond what we were expecting.

Beautiful property close to all major Colorado Springs attractions
We are repeat customers to this property. We stayed here for USAFA parents weekend during my sons 1st year at USAFA. We enjoyed it so much we vowed we would stay here again when he graduated. Luckily, it worked out and he did graduate and we got to stay at this property again. As before the property did not disappoint. There is no rental, in the CS area, that has a view and outdoor entertaining area, as spectacular as this one. It overlooks the Pulpit Rock green space and has a fantastic view of Pikes Peak. You can not go wrong with the location, as it’s very close to USAFA and many major attractions in the CS area as well as grocery stores and restaurants. There was plenty of room for all my family members and the home was very clean and nicely appointed. Mr. Rosedahl, the home owner, is a great communicator and strives to make all of his guests feel comfortable and welcomed. If you are want a clean and comfortable home, with a fantastic view and fair price, then do not pass on staying here. Though my son is no longer at USAFA, I will stay here again, the next time I find myself in the CS area.

Great place for the whole family!
The location is great! Not too far from any sight-seeing you want to do. The house was exactly what we needed. Big kitchen, big dinning area and enough bedrooms for all. Our party consisted of three generations. All of us were very comfortable. The deck is wonderful!! Looking out at Pulpit Rock. Over looking the field and trails. We saw multiple deer in the field. Heard the coyotes early in the morning. It was perfect! Definitely would recommend and definitely planning on returning.

The view from the deck is the best part of this house and where we’d spent the majority of our time when we were at the house. The location to a variety of activities is great. The neighborhood is older and some of the houses pretty worn down. The house was very clean, but dated. (Plumbing issues; water pressure and draining, and stained carpets) Downstairs beds very comfy and clean/crisp sheets like a hotel. Some of the landscaping could use a clean up of the weeds and a few trees could be trimmed around the deck. The house is fully stocked from plates/silverware/cooking utensils, basic seasonings, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc., which was awesome! We would stay at this house again just for the view and location alone. Management/Owners very responsive and you can truly tell how much they care for their lovely home and want their renters to enjoy the same experience! Thank you for a great stay!!

My family loved this place. The deck and views are wonderful. Locaton is very convenient for Garden of Gods, Pike's Peak. Red rock Canyon and many beautiful trails. Hard to beat this lovely home.

Beautiful house with a nice, quiet deck - a great place to have morning coffee and read! Also very close to all fun family attractions like Garden of the Gods, mini-golf, zoo and Pikes Peak. We like the house, the size was great, the neighborhood was fine. the fact that we had a garage for our cars was amazing. The only thing is some things weren't updated or working on the property. the BBQ we had to high temp it and then clean. Other than that it's convenient to a lot of stores/restaurants and a short distance to the freeway for easy access to activities.

Exactly what we wanted in our stay on Colorado Springs!
After a busier week in town in Denver, we wanted to wrap up our family vacation with some time in a more relaxed and scenic aspect of Colorado. This was definitely what we needed and exactly as was described by the owners. The views were spectacular. The home was spacious and well kept. We loved having the garage for entry, the great washer and dryer, the wonderful decks and patios, and plenty of space. We traveled with 4 kids ages 6 to 16. Excellent communication with the hosts. Close enough to grab groceries or a snack but far enough to still feel "away". Really was a perfect combination of "felt far away" from the back view yet was "easy access" to get or do anything. Highly recommend!

Home was in a neighborhood BUT House was tucked back in so don't see neighbors. Quiet. Beautiful hill side mountainous views out back on patio. Also hiking trails. Saw deer and an owl. Home was roomy and pretty. In great location to all the site seeing areas like Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, Zoo, Manitou Dwellings…. We would stay again. Owner was very nice had to call him once and he responded immediately and took care of things. Thank you Todd.

We were a family of 6 spanning 3 generations. The house was very accommodating allowing us to spread out. The Grandparents stayed on the main floor and the kids and grandkids on the bottom floor. It was just what we were looking for. The location is in a neighborhood but when you look out the back you feel like you’re isolated. Beautiful views. We had bunnies and deer in the yard everyday. We were very close to Garden of the Gods and the train to the top of Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend.
