"When you walk in the door the first word is “wow”! It’s really nice, clean and cozy. It’s like being home. The refrigerator, freezer and cupboards were stocked with food, drinks and snacks! My bf and I just kept saying wow! The super sweet host did not forget about pets with treats, bowls, etc! My dog made herself at home too! We came from Wisconsin and will definitely stay there again!"

Your place was very acomodating and very nicely deocorated for Christmas. The only thing is that the carpet was very soiled in the down stairs. It is impeccably designed and the amenities were five-star. We also had dinner at Cafe Dodici and was "wowed" by the menu and wine list...very authentic. We made a pact to go back every year."

"Clean, comfortable place to spend a night or three. Friendly staff. Included breakfast is about what you’d expect from a hotel at this price - cereal, donuts, buffet-style scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles. The only real issue is trying to get to downtown IA city. Getting out of the parking lot involves either making a left turn (with no light) across a very busy 5-lane road, or doing some gymnastics to navigate through some neighboring parking lots to make a slightly easier left, then make another left at a light onto the 5-lane road. Not a huge deal."
