“We were late in checking in and as a consequence they refused to open the door or to respond telephone calls. We had to look for another hotel after driving 700km,which cost os 300 dollars. When confronting the people the next day they were rude and maybe we had a lucky escape not to stay there.”

"The front desk employee is very rude and money hungry. I reserved a room with two beds and sofa sleeper. They didn’t allow me to accommodate party of 5, alleging hotel policy is of 4 people per room. Be careful with the policies they make up to their advantage to make one to pay for additional rooms. Plus it was for a third adult who is disabled who cannot take care of herself. The hotel tried to force us to reserve a room by herself. Facilities are old and does not smell well. Musty odor in building."
