“We were traveling from Louisiana to North Carolina at the end of a family vacation, and needed a place to stay. This place was beautiful, and set in a beautiful area of rural Georgia. “We arrived and the codes that were giving would not open the door, and the key card to the garage also did not work. Once we were able to get into the unit there was ejaculation stains on the couch, the refrigerator was leaking water, AND THATS NOT THE WORSE THING. “We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment. It was perfect for a family of 5. Had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable. Check in/out process was very easy. Communication with the host was great as well. The neighborhood wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. I will say there was people walking around at high hours of the night in the city as well as property location. Didn't have any issues while we were there though. “We stayed at this townhome for my son's baseball tournament in East Cobb. The townhome was in a cute little town but it was not a great environment. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. The townhouse next to us smelled like pot smoke all the time. The townhome itself was not well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The description said it had a grill and a hot tub. Neither was available for us. “Booking was confirmed a couple days before our trip. Host gave no details of check in on the day of our arrival. Host would not answer messages or phone calls of the day of check in, Check in scheduled for 3pm and no response from the host. We had to contact VRBO directly and two hours past our check in were informed that our reservation had been cancelled and now had no place to stay after driving for 9 hours.”

“The property was very clean and extremely quiet. There were a few issues with the upstairs bathroom but the owner fixed it very quickly. ”

“Reserved for my daughter's 21st birthday for one night for the meeting spot for a night on the town in Atlanta. Host communicated throughout the entire process and answered any inquiries quickly. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Location seemed sketchy at first, but my daughter stated that she felt safe during the entire stay. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”
