“A great place to stay if wanting to go to a baseball game, a concert, or shop/enjoy nightlife. Less than a 15 min walk to the Battery, and 15 min drive to downtown, easy access off I-75. This was a nice/quiet gated community with safe free parking for your car and highly secure system for protection when entering the condo. “Our host was very easy to communicate with, and was very quick with a response at any question I had. I felt nothing short of safe being in the property. The walk ability is beyond amazing, you have your choice of restaurants, pizzerias, grocery and Ramen. I’m always nervous about being in someone’s place (is the neighborhood safe, is the place going to be clean, etc). I’m happy to report that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and an even better host! ”

“I paid and reserved the property for a week. A day prior to my checkin in date, I emailed the owner for check-in instructions. He emailed me back and stated that the property was unavailable during the time of my reservation. I requested a refund. I was partially refunded, and still have not received a full refund. The owner did not cancel the reservation which would have prompted my refund.”

“I booked this stay, a few nights before and then on the day of checkin, the host decides to cancel my reservation because the property was double booked. Highly unprofessional and I’m glad it worked out the way it did because if you can lie about one thing there’s no telling.”
