“My husband and 3 kids uner 8 stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! The pennisula/point is a little sandbar which was perfect for our kids. The water surrounding is shallow and warm. Not a super busy lake either. Theres a literal babbling brook along side the cabin and you can hear it from the deck. The amenities were fantastic. We don't rent many private places so i wasnt sure what all would be provided but there was plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets/sheets/pillows, more than……

“The cabin at Big Sand Lake had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was a large grill available. We enjoyed eating outside with a great view of the lake and amazing sunsets. Fishing was good off the dock around dusk. There was a nice sandy bottom off the shore so the kids played in the water quite a bit. We tried out the kayaks and paddle-boards. The game room was a hit for the whole family. This was truly a wonderful family vacation! ”

“Our family of 4 and 2 dogs loved the cabin! It has the perfect cabin charm, very clean and the screen porch was SO nice. The fire pit right outside was perfect and the trek down to the lake was easy. We enjoyed having our dogs with us - and everyone felt right at home. There are lots of books and games and extra throw blankets for chilly nights on the porch. “Stayed here for the weekend and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was a beautiful home and property. It was the perfect mix of cozy cabin and modern home. I was in the area to do a trail run so wasn’t at the place the entire time, but it was definitely a place I could hang out all weekend. Lots of outdoor seating and relaxation areas. The owners answered any questions right away and check-in was easy. I also appreciated not having a list for 40 things to do before I left. Would……
