"Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion."

"The property was great! Beautiful setting on Balsam lake with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen/dining area was a highlight of the house and a lot of time was spent gathered there. It was great to be able to walk to Balsam lodge for a boat rental. The hosts were very responsive and kind to work with during the stay! Would definitely recommend !"
