“Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. “Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! “We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”

“Exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations! Karla (owner) is hands down the best host I’ve ever experienced. Polite, remarkably responsive and welcoming.
