"Overall impression was instant family. This home is so comfortable and the scenery and location are absolutely off the charts. Views from the back of the house were mind blowing. The rustic charm of the place is just what we wanted and the off-grid lifestyle felt great to espouse, even if just for a vacation. We’ll be looking to book this place for our trip next summer. "

"What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Mad River Valley! Rachel and her family made the stay perfect, adding special touches that made you feel right at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies. We’d recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday!"
