“The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ……

If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it.”
