Enjoy lakeside living in the heart of Cinnamon Shore, with Stillwater pool right across the street and the boardwalk and manicured beach just a stroll away! This 4-bedroom / 3.5 bath home is built for families with details you’ll love, from its charming architecture floor plan, first floor porch and second floor balcony overlooking Stillwater Pool. A pergola off the Primary Suite offers shade on the front balcony, a perfect place to watch your kids play in the pool.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Lounge in the open-concept living space located on the second floor under soaring ceilings, surrounded by natural-stained shiplap walls and windows galore. Contemporary style open shelving in the gorgeous kitchen, high end stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop oven, Bosch refrigerator with large capacity ice maker. The large kitchen island sits three in rattan-backed, bar-height chairs, while the dining table seats eight.
This great kitchen overlooks the dining area and comfortable living room with two couches and 2 winged backed chairs, 65” TV, where everyone will hang out after a day at the beach relaxing on all-new furnishings. The covered balcony off the living room over looks Lake Colby, seating for eight and two Weber grills.
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
On the first floor, family and friends have options! The fabulous bunk room features six oversized built-in twin bunks with separate nautical style lights and electrical outlets in each bunk, served by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects to a gorgeous queen bedroom. A downstairs Primary King Bedroom offers comfortable, blue-and-white style bedding with private bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer are located on the first floor.
The spacious primary bedroom on the second floor features coral-and-navy bedding on the king-size bed and windows clad with shutters for a breezy, island feel with two large walk-in closets. Relax in the primary suite’s incredible soaking tub or step into the spacious shower. Don’t miss spending time on the private, primary suite balcony overlooking Stillwater pool.

Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
Sea Ya' Soon is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sea Ya' Soon the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds. There will be a penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
