“We chose Seawall Perch for our yearly Spring getaway from Dallas. We've stayed at the San Luis hotel many times, so we were very excited to find a condo in their facility. Just having the hotel, with all their activities and amenities available, was all we needed to make our decision. Seawall Perch was a great find - perfect size for two adults, although a family of 4 would find it roomy enough also. The condo location itself is perfect - right along the middle of the complex, immediately……
