“We arrived at the check in desk at about 12.30 and we were advised that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. This would be understandable in season but the resort was deserted so I don’t believe our room was still being cleaned up until 4pm when we were eventually allowed in.
The apartment was very clean but there was a step ladder, a large dustpan and brush as well as an ironing board in the corner of the bathroom which made it look like a store cupboard. These would have been best placed……

“Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable.”
