"Great location within walking distance of the Old Town, with a beautiful river walk right in front of the hotel. The only downside is that parking can be difficult to find, and even the hotel's parking is often full. Fortunately, Bilbao is very walkable, so it's easy to explore the city on foot."

"Housekeeping was poor. Arrived on the Monday used the coffee and cups these were still in the room dirty until we checked out. Coffee was only refilled once. Safe not working asked staff to send someone to fix it. Had to re ask the next day"

"It's a basic place to stay but like - none of the vending machines work in the hotel so you can't buy anything - the car park door is fully open all the time - insecure - didn't used to be like this - there is not even a cloth in the room to clean the kitchen with. Felt super lame."
