“We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise as well as the chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon and evening. “If you like retro, this is the place for you. Great views and very nice surroundings. The room was dated, and the floor was sagging, causing the head of the bed to be lower than the foot area. Nice place to stay to enjoy the area though. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.”
