"This accomodation was reasonably priced, close to train and City centre and looked quaint on the website. All of this was true to the website and possibly exceeded our expectations. It had a lovely breakfast, serve yourself, with views over the hills of Bath. Our problems arose with organisational features when we tried to adjust our booking. We made numerous attempts to contact the owner as did hotels.com without any success. When we finally did get in touch we had no joy. Our recommendation...
