"A rustic property, clean and with basic amenities, but nothing fancy. It served our purpose by being a short drive to Woods Hole and an early Sunday morning ferry to Martha’s Vineyard."

"Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff. My favorite hotel stay ever. It's a little out of the way, but it is very peaceful and was more reasonable than other hotels on MV that were much less attractive. "

Make Lasting Memories In This Adorable Vineyard Cottage!
10/10 Excellent
"My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!"
"The property was prepared, very thoughtful and had everything you could think of for a wonderful beach Island stay. The only downside was cable because I’m addicted to TV and I would’ve appreciated at least a smart TV that I could connect my own Netflix. "
Oak Bluffs Family Retreat - Private Roundabout, Walk to the Beach & Downtown OB.
10/10 Excellent
"This home is exceptional! All of the details have been taken care of from cleanliness to comfort to entertainment and landscaping. The spacious deck was perfect for having breakfast and watching the wild turkeys pass by. The front porch was ideal for afternoon reading and napping. The house feels light and airy and the dual thermostats and basement air conditioner kept everyone happy. We also utilized the built-in wireless speaker system to play music throughout the house. We were even able to store our 4 bikes in the spacious shed (which also contained 4 bikes and beach supplies). It was easy to bike anywhere and to walk into Oak Bluffs and Inkwell Beach. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we made many wonderful memories there! "
Family friendly, walking distance to town, harbor, shops, restaurants, beaches

"It was my first time on the island, and the house could not have been more perfect for our needs. Perfect location, very clean, and everything we needed. I would stay here again."
Heart of Oak Bluffs, No Car Needed! Ocean Views, Walk to Everywhere!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay at the Gem of the Ocean! You couldn’t ask for a better location: walkable to pretty much everything in OB, very close to the bus if visiting other towns, and amazing views. The unit itself is quite spacious, particularly the master. We were two adults and two teenagers and had enough space for a week. Kitchen are bathroom are fine, nothing fancy but no problems. We lucked out on weather so didn’t need a/c in the master. And while there are ample fans, I could see it being hot if the temperature got really high. All in all, count yourself lucky if you get to stay here. We hope to be back ourselves!"
Historic Oak Bluffs home, short walk to town, beach, and harbor.
10/10 Excellent
"Delightful home tucked away in Oak Bluffs. The house had everything we needed. Peter was extremely communicative and helpful. A/C was a plus.Beach chairs, grill… just lovely. It’s a little bit of a hike with luggage to get up to the house so next year I think I’ll bring a little foldable wagon to pop open for beach trips, luggage hauling and groceries. 10/10. Great stay!!! "
"The Carousel House" - Ocean Park - Featured in New York Times
10/10 Excellent
"We loved staying at the Carousel House. It’s a great place in a perfect location and was very clean. Just keep in mind you have to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!"
"The room can be small, and the stairwell is narrow, but the room we got (#2 on 3rd fl) was unique and clean. The private balcony was a plus. There could be more facilities (perhaps, I am thinking about a more conventional hotel), but perhaps unrealistic to expect more for the price you pay and for its prime location during the peak season. Beautiful harbor view. Everything is nearby (shopping, restaurants, beach, tour buses, etc.). Staff seems friednly. Feel very safe despite many tourists, and prompt communication via text messages was appreciated. I would highly recommend. "
Historic Home with Gorgeous Antiques & Mondern Conveniences
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic location - right in the heart of Oak Bluffs but still quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and fishing pier. The home is eclectic with many unique antique pieces, which we found to be charming. Would stay again!"
Charming, cozy spacious home within 1 mile walking distance to Oak Bluffs
10/10 Excellent
"We love the house. The kids could take off when they wanted to walk down to Oak Bluffs. The house is near everything and despite being so close to town, it felt very private. We were happy that we could bring our little dog since he’s very old and that the property was fenced off so that the escape artist that he is couldn’t sneak out. The management was responsive anytime I had a question. We will definitely come back."
"This property is perfect for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard; it’s close to many restaurants and very easy to get around. The sunroom and outdoor shower are fantastic! I recommend this to anyone looking to visit the island. "

"Rainy until the last day but once we learned our way around, we really enjoyed the town! Super cute and charming, the home is well appointed with all that you need and a place for everyone to rest and relax."
Walking Distance From Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal With 180 Degree Ocean View.
10/10 Excellent
"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all, this was a great stay for our first visit to MV."
