Hotel was clean and well maintained for an older facility. Rooms had been updated nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of open parking! Several restaurants within walking distance. Lots of places to walk. Good selection of TV channels.
No ramp out to back parking lot. No complimentary coffee station. Toilet used A LOT of water.

Very nice hotel with reasonably sized rooms. The full breakfast is especially good and diverse. The overnight price may or may not be included, but we got comp tickets to save the roughly $20 per person cost.
The included famous DoubleTree cookies at check-in are warm, welcome and delicious.
Amenities otherwise are sparse. I don't believe they have a pool or workout area. And other than breakfast, they don't have an in-house restaurant. The only other minor downside from my perspective is that it felt like there was a lot of wait time at the 3 elevators servicing all of 10 floors. (We were on the 9th.)

Breakfast is available in a bed and breakfast rate or on its own. Our pool and workout facilities are both on the lower level of the hotel. Please stay with us again soon.

I booked two rooms and they weren’t smart enough to think I’d want them near each other. Also, I picked this hotel because they didn’t seem to be price gouging as much as other places but the hit me with over a hundred dollars per room in fees. Not likely to return to a double tree in the future. Oh yeah and for the price I paid you would think they’d have all the amenities. They didn’t even have a hot tub. Nice hotel with NONE of the perks of a cheaper chain.

The property was very nice. But the Starbucks shut down at 11 AM. There was nowhere to get food or coffee for hours during the day. And there’s nothing within walking distance.

We love the cookies at Double Tree, however every time we would ask for a cookie we were told that they were out... And that they were only for guests who were checking in. I've never in the many times staying at a Double Tree I've been told that. With that I never got a cookie. Sad day.

It is an older property which could use some updates. Our door squeaks like a horror movie sound effect, the wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is older, etc; however, staff is fantastic and the location is very convenient.
