The hotel was nice the staff was good but I didn’t like that house cleaning come to the room every other day but you have to put in a request they don’t clean properly also the first time I enter my room the tubs wasn’t clean the toilet kept making noise and one of them flooded also the pool was under construction so that was very inconvenient everything else was ok

Property is normally pretty good. On this occasion the pool/hot tub were under renovations and there was no notice of this until we got to the property. There is phones in the rooms; but there is no cords to them so they don't work. Hilton's version of a cordless phone.

Tried to charge $13 for parking in an open lot in the middle of nowhere. The room was not clean and was ready an hour late. Cashier was insulting, entire hotel was filthy and under construction. Zero stars

The property is good but lacks kitchen and cook ware items such as a cutting board, measuring cups, colander, grater etc. simple things that could be useful in a kitchen would’ve been nice.

I was made to pay for parking and was not advised at checkin that i would be charged. This is very poor customer service to be charged for something you were never informed of. The pool was cold and the whirlpool had things floating in it. There was water tracked all through the lobby. Will not be staying here again.

The only thing I wish I knew before staying here was they were doing some remodeling. Other than that this place was an amazing! The staff was great. We stayed in a 2 room suite and now we will most likely stay at any Homewood Suites whenever we travel. Game changer.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms! Family/kid friendly with a great indoor pool and hot tub. 5 minute walk to the mall (with Lego Land, Aquarium, restaurants, shopping, arcade, etc.).
We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and definitely had those good family values. They were helpful and patient and they made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and breakfast was fresh and the ladies serving breakfast were very diligent about replacing whatever was gone. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Room was nice a lil dirty under beds and dusty lamps and both lotions were coming off the wall ... but the hot tub was nasty ngl i base renting a place off of if it has a hottub or not so finding this one filthy and not hot ..relly ruined it for me

The windows in our place were leaking in cold air. Constantly had to have the heat on. I should have said something while I was there. I was in room 412. You should fix that. The cleanliness is good. But looks might need some updating. Carpets bathrooms etc. thanks you.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything is close by. The cleanliness of our room wasn’t the best, the sofa bed mattress had a huge stain and no bed sheets, and saw a couple of cockroaches. Our stay was from Friday to Tuesday, asked for a crib or sleep and play every single day and never got one.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. But it did have some inconveniences because we didn't have any soap in our restroom or enough bath towels. Unfortunately, their breakfast never included any waffle batter and that is my favorite part of breakfast. So I was disappointed because they had the waffle makers but no batter mix for it.

We had a two bedroom suite for a family of four. Plenty of space and very convenient location to everything. Room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and was not clean. The price was cheap and we only stayed two nights. The place can use some remodeling and deep cleaning.
