Hot tub had dirt at the bottom and did not look very clean, so we did not use.Grill did not work properly.Kitchen did not have a frying pan and the pans there weren't very clean. Firepit was nice. “A well maintained older 11/2 story house with a very nice addition. However, the layout with the addition took a bit of figuring out. There are 2 stairways to 2 separate bedrooms.
